  1. Summary: Renovations to the Women’s Locker Room and add the Staff Area for the County Country Club
  2. History: The Allegheny Country Club became a Historic Landmark in 2004. All the upgrades to the facility are done to preserve the integrity of the Historic Landmark Status. This project consisted of 1,625 SF of Women’s Locker Room as well as 3,110 SF of Staff Area.
  3. Requirements
    A. Tape & Finish new drywall walls, Ceilings & bulkheads to a level 4 finish.
    B. Properly prepare, prime and paint new and existing drywall walls, ceilings & bulkheads.
    C. Properly prepare and paint hollow metal & wood door and frames.
    D. Paint Exterior Columns & Entry.
    E. Paint Exterior Aluminum Handrails.
    F. Paint wood wainscot, base, crown molding & chair rail.
    G. Paint Wood Cabinets & Shelving.
  4. Solution: Coordination with the other trades and staff was the key to the success of this project.
