1. Summary: The renovation of the former Leland Center to relocate the Baldwin Borough Public Library.
2. History: The former Leland Center was completely remodeled to accommodate the new Baldwin Public Library.
3. Requirements:
   A. Tape and finish to a level 4 all new drywall walls and bulkheads.
   B. Patch existing walls due to demolition.
   C. Prep, prime and finish coat all new and existing drywall walls and ceilings.
   D. Paint new and existing CMU walls.
   E. Paint hollow metal doors & frames.
   F. Prep, prime and paint the existing interior & exterior windows
   G. Blow down and paint existing exposed ceiling & steel trusses
   H. Paint exposed duct-work in finished areas.
   I. Stain, seal and varnish new wood doors to match existing wood doors
4. Solution: This project required us to properly prepare a number of existing conditions prior to painting.
