Summary: Exterior painting 6000 square feet of the Goalbac building at 3325 Saw Mill Run Blvd
History: This was a maintenance painting project of an existing building.
Requirements:
A. Power wash all existing exterior siding, trim & block located on front, north & south elevations in preparation for painting.
B. Properly prepare (i.e.: sanding, caulking & patching) existing previously painted exterior siding, trim & block with two coats of exterior paint
C. Properly prepare and paint steel railings at south elevation
D. Properly prepare and paint Hollow Metal Doors & Frames.
E. Properly prepare and paint steel basement access door.
F. Patch hole in block wall at north elevation prior to painting.
G. Replace wood window trim at two locations on the south elevation prior to painting.
Solution: As most previously painted wood and block structures,this existing building needed properly cleaned and patched prior to the application of any finishes.
