1. Summary: Repainting the exterior decorative steel pergola and canopies
2. History: Exterior Steel Pergola and Canopies were mildly deteriorated from 15 years of weather.
3. Requirements:
   A. Power wash all exterior steel pergola and canopies
   B. Properly prepare exterior steel by scraping, sanding and power tool preparing all rusted areas.
   C. Spot prime all rusted areas with rust inhibitive coating.
   D. Finish all steel with one covering coat of exterior urethane enamel finish.
4. Solution: The steel needed properly prepared for the application of High Performance materials. We also used a 65′ JLG to access all the exterior steel.
