1. Summary: Interior Painting at Robin Hill Park Manson
2. History: Refurbish the interior of the historic Robin Hill Park Mansion by repainting the 1st floor ballrooms hallway, main stairs and kitchen areas.
3. Requirements:
   A. Properly prepare, prime and paint all existing walls and ceilings.
   B. Properly prepare and paint all window trim and spindles in entry lobby.
   C. Paint all “French Doors” and wood frames.
   D. Paint all cabinet framing within the “Ball Room”.
   E. Paint all existing wood crown molding, base and picture molding.
   F. Properly prepare and paint the existing radiator units.
4. Solution: We were contracted with a quick schedule of two weeks to complete this project before the Christmas Celebrations.
